One day I watched all of Star Blazers 2199 in one sitting. After the last episode, I wanted a battleship of my own.

So I started Haluan, a battleship with an Indonesian crew. She carries the last fire of our Sun on a long voyage.

The story

The Long Night

  1. 2224

The Vaskari put out the Sun. The seas of Earth froze.

  2. 2225

The survivors moved to deep cities under the ice. They lived on the heat of the planet for six winters.

  3. 2231

Earth Fleet built the battleship Haluan around the last fire of our Sun.

  4. 365

Haluan sails 16,000 light-years to Vaskar. Her crew must break the Night Engine before the heat runs out.

The games

Seven games, one voyage

Three games put you at a post on the ship. The other four follow the people around her, from before the voyage to the first thaw. The first three need a desktop with a mouse and a keyboard. The other four also play on a touch screen.

01The bridge · in orbit

Turn-based fleet battles

You are the Admiral of the battleship Haluan. Every turn, give one order to each station. The crew carries out the orders and talks back.

Turn the ship to show her strongest facing. Charge the Dawn Cannon for one turn. Fire it along the bow line on the next turn.

Send squads to capture each sector. Call fire from Haluan when the uplink is charged. If Capt. Laras Wiratama falls, the mission fails.
